Military tents, particularly larger models, can be difficult to construct and require a team. Do not attempt to build unless previously discussed with our team.
Our in-house team are trained to build (erect) and strike (take down) the tent at your location for an additional fee.
If you choose to erect the tent yourself, we can offer guidance, but the Company accepts no responsibility for injury to your team or damage to the tent/equipment during this process.
All tents must be returned fully dry. Any tent returned wet will incur a £100 drying fee. Tents cannot be stored wet, as this will damage the canvas.
The following charges will apply for any missing or damaged parts:
Poles: £30 each
Ropes (if applicable): £10 each
Pegs: Wooden – £20 each | Metal – £25 each
I confirm I am responsible for the hired items, I agree with the above terms.
